Sleuth
Investigation inquiry, consultation review, and case-support intake for Access Patrol.
Sleuth is the public-facing investigation inquiry and case-support intake pathway for Access Patrol. It helps visitors request consultation, describe investigation concerns, submit business or personal matter inquiries for review, and understand how Access Patrol evaluates investigation-related requests.
Sleuth supports investigation inquiries, consultation requests, business investigation interest, personal matter review requests, documentation review, and case-support intake. Submissions are reviewed by Access Patrol before any case is accepted, any investigation begins, or any service relationship is established.
Overview
Public Investigation Inquiry Pathway
Sleuth gives public visitors a safe way to start an investigation-related conversation without implying case acceptance, legal representation, immediate action, or guaranteed service.
The pathway is built for business investigation interest, personal matter review, documentation questions, and case-support inquiries connected to Access Patrol services.
Access Patrol reviews the submitted context, determines whether the matter is appropriate for follow-up, and then communicates next steps through a human-reviewed process.
Public Use Cases
Sleuth Public Use Cases
Each inquiry begins as a review request only. Access Patrol determines whether and how it can assist after reviewing the information.
Business Investigation Consultation
A business requests review for theft, workplace concerns, site incidents, loss-prevention support, or documentation needs before Access Patrol determines next steps.
Personal Matter Inquiry
A client submits a personal matter for review so Access Patrol can assess whether the inquiry is appropriate, lawful, and within available service scope.
Case-Support Review
An organization requests case-support, documentation review, or investigative assistance connected to security operations and follow-up planning.
Review-First Boundary
Submitting a Sleuth inquiry does not establish a client relationship, create legal representation, start an investigation, guarantee case acceptance, or confirm service. Access Patrol must review the inquiry before determining next steps.
Sleuth is not a substitute for emergency services, law enforcement reporting, legal counsel, or immediate safety action.
Request Case Review
Start with a public-safe investigation inquiry. Do not include Social Security numbers, passwords, bank information, medical details, privileged material, or private evidence in the first message.
