These terms are between you and Access Patrol, Incorporated for your use of Customer Portal. The public gateway to Access Patrol. Request security services, training and support, follow a request with a reference number, and join the affiliate program or apply for work.

• Keep your sign-in details private.
• Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
• Do not share, transfer or sell access to an account.

• Do not try to reach records, accounts or features you are not allowed to use.
• Do not share your password or sign-in codes.
• Do not try to get around access controls.
• Do not pretend to be someone else or give false information.
• Do not upload files that contain malware.
• Do not scrape or bulk-export data you are not allowed to export.
• Do not test the security of the app without written permission.
• Do not use the app for anything unlawful.

• Customer Portal is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
• Submitting a request does not confirm service, staffing, pricing, scheduling, enrollment, access, dispatch, payment acceptance or approval.
• An access request does not guarantee access. Access Patrol may deny, limit or end access at any time.
• Completing a training request or enrollment form does not guarantee admission.
• Access Patrol does not guarantee that this site or the linked apps will always be available.
• Information on this site is not legal, regulatory, medical, financial or other professional advice.
