How Agent Link Connects
Access & Governance
Who Can Access Agent Link?
Agent Link is not open to the public. Access requires an approved account tied to an active service relationship — as an agent, client, supervisor, or authorized administrator.
Agents must complete onboarding, credential-claim review, and account provisioning before gaining access. Clients are onboarded when a service agreement is established.
Use the public contact or service path if you need help. Active users can sign in directly.
Public Intake
Request Security Services
Submit a security service request for review. This does not dispatch personnel, assign shifts, create staffing commitments, or confirm coverage.
